A Place at the Beach Phase I, Unit 2L, is a second-floor side-unit condo at 277 West First Street in Ocean Isle Beach, NC. The complex is oceanfront, so there are no streets to cross on the way to the beach. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths on one level, sleeps 6, and has a private balcony.

Relax on the private balcony, enjoy the seasonal community pool, and rinse off at the outside shower. Hibachi grills are in the common area.
Comforts and conveniences
The condo has central heat and air and wireless internet. A shared laundry room is located by the pool.
Check-in
This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.
Linens included
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
