73 Monroe Street, an inviting four-bedroom, three-bath coastal retreat in the heart of Ocean Isle Beach. Direct beach access, you can enjoy sunny days on the sand or spend time along the canal, perfect for fishing, kayaking and other water activities. The open and airy layout provides plenty of space for families to relax and spend time together. Upstairs, a cozy loft provides a quiet retreat to unwind away from the main living area.

First level, bedroom one features a queen bed with a private bath including a tub/shower combination. Off the kitchen there is a bathroom with a tub/shower. Upstairs, the second bedroom has a double bed. Bedroom three offers a queen bed and bedroom four has two twin beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a Jack N Jill bathroom with a tub/shower.

Thoughtful amenities make your stay even more enjoyable. The home includes keyless entry for easy check-in, and the fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, a large seafood pot, blender, and Keurig. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the private outdoor shower. SMART TVs provide entertainment, and Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. Guests can stream their favorite shows and movies on the TV's using their own accounts. Families with little ones will appreciate the included porta crib and highchair making travel even easier.

There is a golf cart outlet located in the parking area under the house next to the shower.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
