Downstairs, the first bedroom has a king and a private bath. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a private bath. There's a half bath on this level. Upstairs, bedrooms three and four have two queen beds in each and share a Jack N Jill bath with tub-shower. The fifth bedroom has a king bed and a private bath with shower only.
Amenities include boat dock, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, screened porch, outdoor furniture, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, and regular coffee maker, and secure Wi-Fi. This property has one Smart TV with streaming that may be accessed with guest's own account. The dining room table seats six and there are also four stools at the bar for additional seating. The canal side screened-in porch will invite you to sit and have your morning coffee.
