DESCRIPTION
On the main level, you will find a large, open floor plan with a large living and dining areas and fully stocked kitchen. The living room offers stylish and comfortable seating, cathedral ceiling with fan, fireplace, and large windows that provide bright, natural light and views of the canal and waterway. The living room offers a SMART TV and there is also a two zone sound system with radio and CD that you can enjoy inside or on the lower deck. This house does not provide cable service, but there are six Smart TVs that provide Streaming with guest's own accounts. The partially screened deck has a sturdy table with four chairs where you can enjoy coffee or a meal overlooking the canal, while enjoying the warm breezes and listening to the gentle rustle of the large palm trees. The open deck area on this level also features four very comfortable cypress wood Adirondack chairs.
On the main level, you will also find two large queen bedroom suites, each with its own TV and large private baths. Near the washer and dryer and large linen closet there is a convenient separate half bath.
On the second level, the master suite has a king bed, walk in shower, double sink vanity and large closet. There are two additional large bedroom suites, one bedroom has one queen and the second bedroom has two queen beds. Across the catwalk that overlooks the main living area, you can venture onto the canal front upper level deck. Views of the Atlantic Ocean, Intracoastal Waterway, canal, Jinks Creek and some of the best sunsets on the east coast can be seen from here. The incredible widow's watch is just a short stair climb from this deck and features sturdy chairs and table.
On the ground level you will find ample parking, a spacious outdoor shower with large changing area and several picnic tables. The newly renovated beach access at Monroe street is just a short walk away and features wide ramps, rinsing area and indoor bathrooms. Some local dining spots a short walk away include Jinks Creek, Pelican's Perch, Sharky's, Ocean Isle Fish Company, and Drift Coffee shop.
With plenty of space, fantastic views and one of the best locations in Ocean Isle Beach, this home is sure to impress. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
