DESCRIPTION
Amenities include access to oceanfront community pool at the Islander Resort, approximately 4/10th of a mile from the condo, as well as use of the Islander Villas tennis courts nearby, elevator, cold water outside shower, central heat and air (lockout bedroom has motel-style A/C), washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, a TV in two of the bedrooms and one TV in the living room, ceiling fans, blender, and secured Wi-Fi. This condo offers a view of the lagoon, partial ocean views, as well as partial waterway view from its large decks. This condo offers cable service; Streaming may be accessed with guest's own accounts and devices.
Designated Golf Cart charging outlets are located on the pilings between the parking spaces. Golf Carts must be charged using a single cable made for the golf cart and not a drop cord per OIB Fire Department.
BOATS, RVs or TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
NO ELECTRICAL VEHICLE CHARGING IS PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
