One bedroom has a king bed, one bedroom has a king bed and TV, one bedroom has a queen, and one has two double beds and a TV. The two bathrooms are Jack and Jill style.

Amenities include enclosed outside shower, screened porch, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, large stock pot, single serve Keurig, and regular coffee maker, and secured Wi-Fi. This property does not provide cable service, but owner provides Streaming service on three Smart TVs. The washer and dryer are located in the ground level laundry area. The kitchen has a harvest table with benches, and there are also two chairs at the bar for additional seating. There's a boat dock if you want to bring your boat, or just sit and fish. This house is located on a beach access street, a short distance from the ocean.

This house has keyless entry.

This house rents on a weekly basis only. The golf cart outlet is under the house.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
