This oceanfront house, built in 2015, features six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half baths on two levels has a WOW factor. Downstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with two king beds; the custom second bedroom has three sets of bunk beds (six beds) and extra play space. The private bathroom for this bedroom has two showers, two toilets and two sinks. Upstairs, the master bedroom on the oceanfront has a king bed, and a great view of the ocean; the private bath for this bedroom has a tiled rain shower. Two other bedrooms have a king bed in each, and the sixth bedroom has two kings. All bedrooms have private baths, and there's an additional half bath on the main level, and one upstairs.
Amenities include two spacious living rooms, one with open beams, overlooking the large, 32' private pool. There's an enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, elevator, central heat and air, two high efficiency washers and two dryers, dishwasher, microwave oven, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, Blu-ray, iron/ironing board, blender, and Wi-Fi, with extender to pool and gazebo. Four Roku equipped TVs to be accessed with guests' login information. Perfect for large families, this house has a gourmet kitchen with induction cooking, granite countertops and two sinks. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
