DESCRIPTION
TEE OFF - 203 East First Street - This second row house features six bedrooms and four and a half baths on two levels. There are two and a half baths downstairs and two upstairs. Two bathrooms have shower/tub combinations and two bathrooms have walk-in showers. On the main floor, there are three bedrooms with a queen bed in each. The middle bedroom has a private bath, and the other two share a hall bath. Upstairs, two of the bedrooms have a queen in each and one bedroom has two twin beds. One of the bedrooms with a queen bed has a private bath, and the other two share a hall bath. There's an additional living room area on this level, with TV and access to the second floor deck. The dining room table seats twelve. This property has two TV's (one in living room, one upstairs in loft) with Streaming that may be accessed with guest's own accounts.
Amenities include two enclosed hot and cold water outside showers, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron/ironing board, and secured Wi-Fi. With three decks facing the ocean, you won't lack for beautiful views, and a refreshing ocean breeze. The first floor deck has been extended for maximum enjoyment. This property is almost directly across from the Leland Street beach access.

Golf cart outlet is outside the ground level storage shed, near the dryer vent.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
