The screened porch has an overhead fan to circulate the air for a refreshing breeze. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range. A laundry area is located just off the kitchen with full-sized washer/dryer.  Next to the kitchen is a dining area with seating for four people along with a raised counter bar with additional seating.  The front bedroom is next to the condo entry and adjacent to a full bath in the entry hall. The master bedroom is just off the common area and has a private entrance to the screened deck area.  There is a private bath next to the master bedroom area. The condo has central heating/air for year-round comfort.  Community pools (2 pools), hot tubs, charcoal grills and tennis courts on site. Complimentary linens, towels and departure maid service included.
