Top Level: Entry level from deck with ocean view. Great room with TV/DVD, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3, dining area seating 4-6 and a screened porch with picnic table. King  Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, Queen Bedroom, Bedroom with a Double Bed and Bunk Set  and a full hall bathroom. Hallway access to the West side deck.

Extras: 2 TV, DVD player, high-speed wireless internet, Keurig & Standard coffee makers, parking for 3 cars, sun deck, enclosed outside shower, screened porch and deck furniture. No Smoking. *Linens and towels WILL be provided as of 10/13/2025!  Linens and towels are NOT currently provided but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking. Weekly cost: $145.00 not including tax or bed making service.

This home does NOT offer a washer and dryer on site.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
