Ground Level: Outside you'll find the private pool and huge pool deck, over-sized to provide abundant space for playing, sunning and grilling. Two swings overlook the pool area, and 2 outside showers adjoin. A private walkway to the beach with an extra-large dune deck and built-in seating perched high above the beach. The hot tub (mid level deck) is positioned on a specially constructed deck, offset designed to allow unobstructed views of the beach, ocean and stars in the night sky. Also on the mid level deck a shaded porch swing with convenient access to the sheltered front deck, a great place to view evening sunsets. Inside you'll find the Recroom with 50" HD LED TV/Blu-Ray DVD, kitchenette with full-size refrigerator and microwave, stereo with indoor and outdoor poolside speakers, internet radio and numerous games and books. Mid Level: 3 King Master Bedrooms with TV/DVD, Master Bedroom with 2 Doubles and TV/DVD, Den with TV/DVD, Queen Sleeper Sofa, desk/game table provides the perfect private getaway space to watch movies, play games or read (privacy doors can easily close it off to serve as a separate 8th Bedroom or double doors into the adjoining Master Bedroom for expanded family use).

This property does not provide beach chairs, but they can be rented with the beach gear credit provided.    

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has completed their work OR 4:00 pm check in time. *This service will not be available after the 2025 rental season.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
