Mid Level: King  Master Bedroom  with flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathroom with a whirlpool tub,  Queen Bedroom  with flat-screen TV that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with a Bedroom with  2 Singles  with a flat-screen TV and deck access, laundry closet with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great Room with gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV (connects to Right Side Great Room),  kitchen with counter seating for 6, dining area seating 8, half bath and deck access.

Right Side

Ground Level:  Den with  a flat-screen  TV (connects to Left side Den).  Bedroom with a Bunk Set  and a full hall bathroom, garage with a full-size refrigerator.

Mid Level:  King  Master Bedroom  with flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathroom with a whirlpool tub,  Queen Bedroom  with flat-screen TV that shares a jack-n-jill full bathroom with a Queen Bedroom  with a flat-screen TV, laundry closet with washer and dryer.

Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 5% repeat renter discount. Must be applied at the time of booking.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

This home does NOT offer an outside shower.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
