Inside you'll find a King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, patio access and a semi-private bathroom (second door from bathroom to the pool area) and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and a private bathroom.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access, Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access and a Master Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and flat-screen TV. Covered decks and the laundry room with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen TV  and deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 8, dining area seating 6 with deck access, half bath, and a King Master Bedroom with large flat-screen TV, whirlpool tub and deck access.

Loft: Den with  private deck access with ocean views!

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an email with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional fees that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
