This beloved cottage seamlessly blends vintage character with modern comforts. The main level features a cozy yet functional kitchen, an inviting living and dining area, and a charming bedroom with a twin bed. Multiple sets of French doors and windows allow the fresh ocean breeze to sweep through the home, just like in the old days. The expansive shaded porch is the heart of the cottageperfect for unwinding in a rocking chair while enjoying the coastal air. A unique feature of this home is the full bathroom located on the porch, adding a rustic and relaxing touch to your stay.
Upstairs, three additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for family and friends. The first guest room offers a full and twin bed, while the two remaining bedrooms each feature two twin beds and their own private sinksan authentic nod to the home's history. A shared half bathroom with a charming clawfoot tub adds to the vintage appeal.
Though the cottage's cross breeze keeps it wonderfully comfortable, modern amenities like central heat and air, as well as ceiling fans throughout, ensure year-round comfort. However, the home is winterized and unavailable for rent from December through April.

Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in with a minimum of 7- night stay.
Bedding Configuration: 1 Full, 6 Twin.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 vehicles.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout and added at a later time.
Prohibited: Smoking, Use of Grills, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
