This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is on the second floor in the condo complex, A Summer Place. Conveniently located less than a block from Johnnie Mercer's Pier and the newly constructed public bath house that leads to the nearby beach access. Enjoy ocean views and hours of people watching from the covered deck that overlooks the heart of Wrightsville Beach and all the action. Visit the nearby Shark Bar for a wonderful meal or take in the nightlife at the Palm Room - there are many attractions within walking distance of this condo!
"Shearin" nicely appointed and updated condo that offers one bedroom, one bathroom, and built-in bunk beds for the junior members of your family. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and provides direct access to the deck. The open living and kitchen area has nice updates, a queen size sleeper sofa, access to the deck, and bunk set in the nook off the entry.
Load up your boogie boards, beach chairs, and family and head to Wrightsville Beach for a memorable family vacation! "Shearin" is available for a two-night minimum year-round. Please call for daily and monthly rates.

Parking: Assigned parking on site for 1 vehicle.

Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV's, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
