To the right of the staircase, the light-filled living room offers generous seating and a flat-screen TV, creating a welcoming space to unwind after a day in the sun. Toward the front of the home, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination connects to a queen bedroom with a comfortable sitting areaperfect for quiet reading or an afternoon rest. Nearby, the laundry room includes a full-sized washer and dryer, utility sink, ironing board, and iron for added convenience. The spacious primary suite, located at the front of the home, features a king-sized bed and seating area ideal for relaxing at the end of the day. The adjoining primary bathroom includes a walk-in closet and a stand-up shower.

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of two night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 2 Queen, 3 Twin.
Parking: Parking for 4-5 cars in the garage and driveway.
Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout and added at a later time.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV's, Boats, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
