Main living area, primary suite and another main floor bedroom have beautiful views of Bogue Sound and separate doors from living area and both bedrooms lead to a large screened porch. Downstairs has a sunny separate living space, wet bar with small beverage fridge and king bedroom and bath with beautiful sound overlook. Lower level has access to covered sitting area, backyard, and recently added spacious lower deck, as well as an enclosed hot/cold outside shower, charcoal/gas grills, and picnic area and gathering space both on open lower deck and sitting area under the porch and, in addition, a picnic table onshore off the pier deck. Enjoy bird watching, kayakers and boats from the fully furnished screened porch and lower level sitting area. A large, furnished front porch provides additional space. Swim, clam, fish, from the private pier. Golf cart provided for easy access to beach, grocery and restaurants. No landline telephone. Weekly only. Occupancy is limited to eight people. Absolutely no smoking allowed anywhere on premises including private pier. Pets allowed with $200 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum, 35 lb. limit). 7026 Sound Drive.


This soundfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Small pets only (2 maximum, 35 lb limit) w/nonrefundable pet fee of $300.00 per pet.
