Golf carts and bikes are provided at Southern Malibu to take you to your beach access where beach lounge chairs and umbrellas will be waiting for you along with a cooler and ice. At Southern Malibu, guests don't have to setup and take down beach equipment - you have a beach buddy that does this for you on beach days.

Step directly from your private oasis at Southern Malibu onto your concrete dock, complete with convenient jet ski and kayak launch as well as a guest boat wet slip. Bring your v-hull vessel and enjoy immediate, unrestricted access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. The private dock house at the end of the dock features lounge seating with an evening firepit - the perfect setting for unforgettable sunset moments. Kayaks and paddleboard are provided.
