The custom 84" round dining table offers seating for 12 people and the adjacent oversized granite island seats another 4 people so everyone can enjoy meals together. The third floor extra media room with panoramic ocean views boasts a 100" flat screen TV to watch your favorite family movies or root for your hometown team.
On the outdoor ground level, which is fully covered, you will enjoy a built-in custom outdoor kitchen including a 64" propane grill, generous seating and dining tables. In addition, there is a ping-pong table, 8-person hot tub, and a beverage refrigerator surrounded by 40' of granite bars/counters. A 65" outdoor TV is prominently displayed to watch your favorite shows while you prepare your favorite summertime BBQ delectable.

Linens and weekly cleaning are not included in monthly rentals but may be added to your reservation. Heating the pool can be added at an additional weekly cost of $550.
