Summer Winds A-513 is a beautiful fifth-floor, Oceanfront Condo, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Bedroom #1 is the Master with a King bed, TV, and direct access to the Deck. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, Flat Screen TV, and DVD Player. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin beds, DVD Player along with the Flat Screen TV. Fully equipped and updated kitchen features an open layout and granite countertops.

Additional Amenities Include:3 Flat Screen TVs, 1 Color Cable TV, 2 DVD Player¡s one is a Blue-Ray DVD Player, ONLY TWO TVs have cable connections, 1 Stereo/CD Player, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Board Games, Microwave, Covered Balcony.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.
