Interior Connecting Doors makes for easy access between both sides for your convenience! During In Season only the Full property can be rented. Each duplex side Footprints East and Footprints West can be RENTED AS SEPARATE HOMES DURING "OFF SEASON" ONLY.

Equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet so you can check your e-mail while on vacation.

Ground Level: Covered Parking.

Level One: 2 Living Rooms with 50 inch Flat Screen TVs, 2 Large Dining Areas, 2 Kitchen/Bar Areas with additional seating. There are 2 Half-Baths on this Level.

Level Two: 6 Bedrooms each have a Queen Bed while 2 Bedrooms each have 2 Twin/Twin Bunk Sets. There are also 4 Full Baths on Level Two.

Amenities Include: High Speed Wireless Internet, Central Air and Heat, Enclosed Hot and Cold Outdoor Showers, Water Softener, Open/Covered Gated decks with rocking chairs & hammock swings, charcoal grill and picnic table, 3 TVs, 1 DVD Player, 2 Stereos. 2 Dishwashers, 2 Washer/Dryers, 2 Microwaves, 2 High Chairs. Beautifully decorated with books, puzzles and movie library for kids. Landscaped lawn, dunes deck with private beach walkway.

Linens and Towels Provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

No Smoking.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file. 

Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday.Each duplex side Footprints East and Footprints West can be RENTED AS SEPARATE HOMES DURING "OFF SEASON" ONLY. During In Season only the Full property can be rented.

#19. POOL LEASE ADDENDUM TERMS POOL: Tenant is responsible for the proper care of swimming pool. Pool use is "At Your Own Risk". It is a parent or guardian¡s responsibility to watch children at all times during pool use. Children must not to be left unattended during pool use. No diving into the pool is ever allowed since serious injury, paralysis or even death could occur. Damage to the pool itself due to tenant misuse will result in additional charges. It is imperative everyone (adults and children) shower before entering the Pool to remove sand and suntan lotion from their feet, hands and body. The Pool is maintained by Bluewater Real Estate. . Any questions regarding the safe use and operation of the Pool should be referred to Bluewater Real Estate (252) 354-2323. Tenant does hereby covenant and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless both the owners of subject property and their Agent, Bluewater Real Estate, from and against all liability, loss, damage, claims or actions (including costs and attorney fees) for bodily injury, paralysis or death and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law, arising out of or in connection with the misuse of Pool.
