Spacious Great Room. Central Air and Heat. Large deck with an abundance of deck furniture & rockers. The Sunshine and soft Ocean Breeze make the food and refreshments taste even better. Watch the waves roll in as the cares of the day fade away in NEW Adirondack chairs while you decompress from the routine grind of daily life, or you can read the latest summer novel. Spend the evening hours on the dune dock when the ocean breeze is the strongest. The pier is a slow five-minute walk; there the action never stops. Level One: Living, Dining, and Kitchen. Bedroom #1 has a Double Bed and a Twin/Twin Bunk Bed; Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a Bath.

Level Two: Bedroom #3 has a King Bed, Bath and deck access; Bedroom #4 has a King Bed, Bath and deck access.

Amenities include: High-Speed Wireless Internet, 3 Smart TVs with Roku access to streaming apps, Large Open and Covered Deck Spaces with Furniture, Dunetop Deck.

Linens and Towels Provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

No Smoking.

Up to 2 dogs allowed with $200 + tax pet fee per dog. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
