Access to the soundside fishing pier and launch areas for kayaks and paddleboards is also available. Grilling is just a few steps away via community park grill access. Featuring 3 pools including a gated Oceanfront heated pool, Soundfront pool, and children's pool, there is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to explore the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available nearby.

This beautifully decorated condo has great views of the ocean. You can sit on your porch, relax, and watch the boats go by and enjoy some sunshine! B 302 also has Community High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience.
