This enchanting oceanfront condo, located on the first level of Building 2, is the closest unit to the expansive pool and offers seamless beach accessed through the pool area.

As you enter, you'll be captivated by the thoughtfully designed layout that maximizes comfort and style. The master suite features a plush king bed and a private bath, creating a serene sanctuary for relaxation. An additional king bedroom overlooks the tranquil pool, while a charming queen bedroom, complete with a twin trundle, offers extra sleeping spaceperfect for families or groups seeking a memorable getaway.

Indulge your culinary desires in the fully equipped kitchen, adorned with high-end finishes and a cozy breakfast nook, ideal for morning coffee with ocean views. The spacious living and dining area invites you to unwind and soak in the breathtaking vistas of the beach, while the covered patio beckons you to step outside and savor the gentle sea breeze and soothing sounds of the surf. The Wright Retreat has access to the building elevator and comes with two parking spots for your convenience. **Elevator is reliable but not guaranteed. **

Parking instructions:
2 assigned, covered parking spots are located under the building. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A cooler, beach cart, beach chairs, and beach accessories are provided for your enjoyment.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.

Property Improvement Disclaimer:
The community currently has several improvement projects underway, including lighting upgrades, pool bathroom renovations, and grinding/recoating of the main entry ramps to all buildings. These projects are anticipated to be completed prior to the start of the season (beginning in April). However, timelines are subject to change due to weather conditions, material availability, and other unforeseen circumstances. The continuation, scheduling, or extension of any project will be determined at the discretion of the Homeowners Association (HOA)
