Surf Inn is the condo you've been looking for! It's the perfect spot on Pleasure Island to reconnect with family and friends and enjoy the island lifestyle. Relax poolside while listening to the sound of the waves. Or walk to the beach, boardwalk, shopping, dining, and more.
Enjoy ocean views from the kitchen, living, and dining areas. An updated kitchen includes all you need to prepare large meals for your group. The large countertop bar provides seating for 4 and the dining table provides seating for 6 more. The living area has space for your group to gather after a fun-filled day in the sun. A large, oceanfront deck is off the living and dining area and offers the perfect spot to watch the sunrise.
Surf'inn has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, all on the same level. The King bedroom includes a private full bathroom, smart tv, and private access to the oceanfront deck. The Queen bedroom includes a private 1/2 bath and a smart tv. The third bedroom offers a Full bed and a Twin bed, plus smart TV. A full bathroom and laundry closet with a washer and dryer are right off the hallway.
**Elevator reliable but not guaranteed**
Activities are hosted on the boardwalk and at the lake all summer long including fireworks, free movies at the lake, concerts, and festivals making this the perfect spot for your next vacation.
One parking pass is guaranteed and included with your reservation. Open dates for communal pool and shared amenities are subject to the community Home Owners Association. Oceanfront pool (Seasonal)
**INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach chairs, bikes, cooler, and a beach cart are also available for guest use.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
