Watch the activity of the canal while enjoying morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on this delightful furnished deck. Inside a comfortable well-furnished living area awaits you with two futons, large screen TV that opens to the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar that can serve seafood and steaks at the water view dining area.
The 2nd level also has three bedrooms: 1st master suite with a King bed and HDTV, 2nd Queen bedroom and 3rd Double and twin bedroom. A full hall bathroom is also available.
Getting to the beach is easy and only a short 10-minute drive to a beach access with Parking, bathhouse and guarded beach in season, located at the end of E. Ocean Bay Blvd. You will find Numerous restaurants, grocery stores, & shopping centers close by.
Spectacular community amenities including: a huge sound side park with sandy beaches, a playground, and sheltered picnic areas, a basketball court, as well as a boat launch and boat slips for rent. Also the Yacht and Racket Club, which allows use of the two outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, and community clubhouse.
