A cozy living space with HDTV sound system, expansive ocean and sound-facing decks provide the perfect setting for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails.

Two bedrooms on the second level facing the oceanfront include queen beds each with its own en-suite baths.

The first level has three beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with connecting bathrooms. The primary suite is a true sanctuary, boasting a spa-like master bath with a luxurious walk-in steam shower and double vanities. A custom walk-in closet with special built-in compartments provides ample storage for all your special clothing and beach attire. The private sitting area that opens directly to the deck which overlooks the saltwater pool is equipped with a wet bar that includes beverage fridge, ice maker, and Keurig coffee machine, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor retreat. Every detail of this home has been designed with comfort and sophistication in mind.

Designed for year-round enjoyment, this coastal retreat offers the perfect balance of elegance and leisure. A private saltwater pool invites refreshing dips after a day at the beach, while an outdoor enclosed shower provides a convenient way to rinse off the salt and sand. Located just moments from the beach access and a public kayak launch, this home places the best of North Topsail Beach right at your fingertips. When it comes time to shower in the morning or at night, you don't ever have to worry about hot water, because this home comes with tankless (Endless) hot water!!!

The Ocean Breeze offers several beach chairs for your outdoor enjoyment, and a variety of porch furniture for lounging, dining, and sunbathing. A hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower is available for easy clean-up after a fun day soaking up the sun in the sand. High-speed internet and 6 smart TVs are available throughout the house. There is a keyless entry lock on the entrance and elevator door. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay.

Ocean Breeze's swimming pool is opened May through October with no additional fees.

*For guests that are booking this property through a 3rd Party, you will be contacted after you book this property and required to sign and additional contract with the management company Coastline Realty in-order to receive final confirmations.*

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals only, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID's will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a Check-in Packet that will include: WiFi information, keys or key codes whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. Please do not go directly to the property before check-in as it will only delay the process for you. If housekeepers or inspectors see cars in the driveway, they will move on to the next house and you may miss your early rotation with cleaning/inspecting.

For late arrival check-in you will need to call the office before noon on your check-in day to receive after hours check-in instructions. Please be prepared to forward a digital copy of your photo ID (name matching the reservation) to the office.

Ocean Breeze is a wonderful beach home, like new, with outstanding views and lots of amenities, it will not last so why not book it today while select weeks may still be available.

We were pleasantly overwhelmed with the house!! The kitchen was fabulously stocked with every utensil/pot to make cooking fun!! There is even an electric ice cream maker! The beach is very accessible!! Spent most of our days there enjoying the waves, shark teeth hunting, and searching for shells!! Best vacation spot/retreat we have ever been to!!

The house is beautiful and clean, just as described in the listing. We had the unexpected chance to meet Nancy upon arrival, and once more as she stopped by to check on something for us. She is a friendly and attentive host!The kids made excellent use of the beautiful pool, and the elevator was a lifesaver for my dad who has hip and leg issues. We had plenty of space in the kitchen for our groceries and drinks, and we took advantage of being in walking distance to the beach every day. The beds were comfortable & the bathrooms were clean and spacious. As first-time visitors to Topsail, what we hadn't realized is that most restaurants and things to do are about 20 minutes away. You'll get a great list of recommendations from Nancy! The things I'd love to have known before we arrived: Beach towels are provided, though not quite one per person in our 9-person crew. Bath towels are provided, though one set per bed, so doing laundry was necessary (excellent washer and dryer available). Clean sheets are provided and bagged with the towels on each bed. I loved that it was clear they were fresh just for us! What we didn't realize until about 10 pm is that those weren't extra sheets. They were for the beds to be made up with. Make sure you do better than us and get those beds made before you get too tired! There are lots of beach chairs and pool toys available! We left a couple of items behind for the next guests to enjoy just as we had with what was there for us.

This was a wonderful, newly constructed house in a terrific location with convenient and easy access to the beach. The layout was perfect for our family vacation - 7 adults and 4 children (ages 1 - 11). There was plenty of room for everyone; the kitchen was large and very well stocked with everything we needed (a dish drainer would have been helpful). The swimming pool was perfect and a welcome break from the sand and the beach. Arrival and departure instructions were clear and communication with our host, Nancy, was timely and impressively quick.

This house is gorgeous! Getting to the beach could not be easier. It was perfect for our group of 3 families, each with 2 kids. Each adult couple had our own bed/bath suite, and we put all 6 kids in the 2 bedrooms that shared a bathroom. The kitchen is great for people who love to cook.

Family Vacay

The house is beautiful and comfortable. Close to the beach and the kids enjoyed the pool. The kitchen is well stocked and large enough for the entire family to help out with meals. Best vacation ever!

Great home with great views. We had a great stay! Morning coffee on the front porch with ocean views- what more can you ask for! The pool was nice to relax by and the home was very nice! Communication from the host was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location & House

The house was excellent and located very close to the beach access. The owner & property manager communicated great and were very responsive. The pool provided an opportunity for the kids to unwind after the beach. Had a wonderful time!

What an amazing experience! As a first-time VRBO user, I was fearful of the what-if's. Nancy and her hubby made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. This was a family vacation for my grandchildren, ages 2 and 8, all the way up to my 88 year old mother. The pool was the highlight of the trip for my grandson and the elevator made a house that would not have been possible to stay in without it, a dream for my mom. The steam shower was everyone's favorite! Access to the beach is so easy, views are amazing and you will never have a more beautiful home to stay in. You will not be disappointed in choosing this home.

100% vacation perfection - don't think twice, this place is a dream!

Our family had the best time at this beautiful property! The peaceful cul de sac, steps from the beach and crystal blue private pool were icing on the cake and every detail of the home could not have been better! Pristine condition with every detail to delight the vacationers. Beautiful bedrooms, gorgeous chef's kitchen, plenty of space to relax and enjoy! We can't wait to go back!
