Tequila Sunrise is a beautifully updated three bedroom oceanfront condo at Pelican Watch in Carolina Beach. This second floor unit has amazing views of the ocean and the pool. The modern kitchen features granite countertops and is well stocked for all of your vacation needs. The dining table seats four, with room for two additional diners at the bar. The living room has plenty of seats, and one of the couches folds out into a sleeper. The master bedroom features a queen bed and beautifully tiled master bathroom. The second bedroom with a queen bed and third bedroom with two twins share another bathroom. Pelican Watch has an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and hot tub, as well as a private walkway to the beach.

Bed sizes: Queen, queen, twin and twin, double sleeper sofa.
The Bedding and Bath Linen Package for advertised bedrooms and baths are provided with professionally, freshly laundered linens for your safety and beds pre-made prior to arrival for your convenience! The package provided includes:
• Bed linen set for each advertised bedroom (top bunks, sleeper sofas, and futons are typically not pre-made)
• Bath towel and washcloth set for maximum occupancy
• Bathroom set including hand towel and bathmat for each interior bathroom

Wireless internet access
Covered oceanfront balcony
Parking for 2 cars, must pick up parking passes from our office.
This home provides Smarthome Keyless Entry.
Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Grilling allowed - grilling area with grills provided by complex. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
Under no circumstances are tenants permitted to have pets in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Day:
• During Mid-August - Mid-June: Partial Week Getaways and Advance Bookings with Alternate Arrival/Departure Days with a 3-night minimum stay are permitted in advance with any arrival and departure day.
