There's even an outdoor shower so you can leave the saltwater and sand outside.
The living area, dining area and kitchen are very open and offer a view of the ocean, beach, sailboats, kites and seagulls in flight.
The kitchen is well equipped to accommodate 8 people with everything you need to cook and enjoy each meal. It has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full electric range, blender, mixer, and a full size refrigerator with icemaker, as well as an abundance of serving ware, dishes and utensils.
The living area is home to a queen sofa sleeper and a regular sofa, 2 recliners and a 55" Samsung Smart TV with blu-ray and cable.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen tv/cable and a private bath with tub/shower combination. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds and share a hall bath with a large walk-in shower.
The home is elevated on pilings allowing parking underneath for 5 vehicles. WiFi access is included so you can stay connected.
Enjoy the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, great shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, the Lake Park, and ice cream shops... all within walking distance!

Grilling not permitted. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No smoking allowed in house or outside. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
One dog under 30 lbs. allowed with paid pet rent of $21.43 per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.
