Dooley's Place is cozy and clean with an updated kitchen and all new appliances. Dooley's Place has all of the amenities you shall need including an outdoor grill, outdoor shower, cable and WIFI and a great back deck. The location of Dooley's Place is simply the BEST - you are 1 block from the ocean and in the most ideal spot on the island - within walking distance of the Ocean Grill/Tiki Bar, Granny's, Pop's, Uncle and Vinny's. Be our guest and grab front row seats on the beach for the weekly fireworks display! Additionally, you are so close to Kure Beach, Fort Fisher, The Aquarium, Carolina Beach State Park and the Southport ferry. Enjoy a family getaway at Dooley's Place (we welcome four-legged friends as well and have a large backyard NOT FENCED IN)!! We have ample room for parking and can't wait for you to stay with us!!! Don't forget to bring the family dog as your small pet is welcome with payment of a non-refundable pet fee, subject to restrictions.
If you are choosing a pet friendly property, dogs are only allowed on the beach strand during the winter months and all pets must be approved by Blue Water Realty.

This home provides Smarthome Keyless Entry.
Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Grilling is permitted at this property. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
One dog allowed with paid pet rent of $21.43 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.
