SLOW TIDE- Come enjoy this beautiful new 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located in Kure Beach just steps from the ocean, across the street from beach access. LINEN AND TOWEL PACKAGE INCLUDED AND AWAITING YOUR ARRIVAL. Enjoy the open floorplan on the main level with living area w/flat screen TV and DVD player, dining area, and equipped kitchen with granite and island bar, and stainless-steel appliances. Also, on the main level are the master bedroom w/ king bed, TV, full bath, 2nd bedroom w/ queen bed and full bath and a laundry room with washer and dryer. On the upper level is a 3rd bedroom w/ 2 single over double bunk sets and full bath. The house has a large garage with plenty of storage area for beach gear, plus an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off when returning from the beach. Come enjoy ocean breezes and ocean views on the front porch, or relax and have dinner on the covered patio downstairs overlooking the large fenced in backyard while the kids play. Wireless internet is provided just in case you might have to work a minute or two. Slow Tide is located 3/4 mile from the Kure Beach Pier and just 1 mile from Fort Fisher. Starter kit w/ 1 roll toilet paper for each bath and a roll of paper towels provided. Maximum occupancy is 10 and max cars 3. NO PARKING IS ALLOWED ON ANY GRASS AREA, SAND OR THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. YOU WILL BE ASKED TO REMOVE THEM. We can't wait for you to enjoy your vacation at Slow Tide!

Charcoal Grill Provided. Under no circumstances is grilling permitted on wooden decks and boardwalks or underneath buildings or homes. Grilling Policies are strictly enforced. Violation may result in eviction without refund. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No Pets. Under no circumstances are pets are permitted in this home or on these premises at any time. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Guest will be held financially and legally accountable for problems or damages caused by violations.
No Smoking Permitted. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Partial Week Getaways and Alternate Arrival & Departure Stays: Permitted during the week after Labor Day to the week before Memorial Day with 4 night minimum stay, any arrival/departure day. During Memorial Day week to Labor Day week, only weekly stays Saturday-Saturday are permitted.
