The dining area is just off the living room and has a breakfast bar between the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has everything you need for your vacation. The middle level also features a half bath with full size washer and dryer. The upper level has a large master bedroom with beautiful ocean views, desk space ready for you to work from home if needed, a comfy king size bed, and a master bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed and single bed for added sleeping space and is located across the hall from the second full bath. There is a ladder accessed queen sleeping space in the loft off the steps. Under the home is a carport with outside sand shower, and space to store your beach equipment. Serenity Point s unique locations gives you easy access to the breathtaking south end of the island for leisurely walks around the point. There is also a community pool in Serenity Point open seasonally. You have an option of bringing your own linens (Bed sizes King, 2 Queens & Twin) or linen rental is available at an additional fee. This home is no smoking on the premises. Pre-Approved dogs under 25 lbs are permitted with pet fees paid - $250 per pet. (2 max small dogs max)
