The complex has an outdoor pool. Located across the street from direct beach access at Beaufort Street.   

The master bedroom has a Queen bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has two Double beds. There is also a bathroom off of the hallway.   

Rate includes departure cleaning. No smoking. First floor. Accommodates 8.

Rentals are weekly only 6/15/2024-8/10/2024.   
This property is not available outside of these dates.  

Bed linens, towels, paper goods, and soaps are not included. Guests will also need to bring blankets. The property has pillows. No pets. Ask about pet friendly rentals if needed.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
