This third row home offers 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Enjoy a reversed floor plan with views from the second floor living room and fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Other features include central heat and air, washer/dryer, 6 TVs for streaming, DVD player, wireless internet, ceiling fans, covered porches, and sun decks. The house is located close to beach access at Greensboro St. After a day playing by the ocean, rinse off in the outdoor shower and hang out by the private pool.
On the main level upstairs there are two bedrooms. One has a King bed and the other has two Double/Double bunk sets (sure to please the kids). The two bedrooms share a full bathroom between. There is also a half bath off the living area and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Downstairs there are three bedrooms. One has a King bed and private bath with both a tub and shower. Another has a King bed and private bath with a shower. The third has two Double/Double bunk sets and private bath with a tub/shower. All bedrooms open to a deck with comfortable chairs to enjoy views of the marsh/Intracoastal or the ocean.

Property Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, all money paid will be forfeited, unless the property is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. If re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount, then we are able to refund your payments less the reservation fee, insurance premium, and a fifteen percent (15%) cancellation fee.
