DESCRIPTION
Looking for a waterfront home? You will feel you have stepped into your private Island Resort! During your stay, dock for your boat, float in the canal with your drinks in hand or watch the boats pass by. This home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs and a 1/2 bath as well as overflow bonus room downstairs. Upstairs, three bedrooms have a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, twin bunks and a crib. The ground level room is an entertainment/living area. It features a small pool table, TV, a bunk bed with twin top and double bottom, and commercial ice maker that you are welcome to use.
Boat and jet ski trailers can be parked at the house after launching your boat at the public boat landing on the Island. You may want to rent a golf cart to drive to the access as it is about a half mile to the ocean front. NO grill is provided so be prepared to bring or rent one. There is an outdoor shower.
KEYLESS ENTRY
This property does not provide cable service, but there are Smart TVs for streaming using guest's own account.
Amenities include boat dock, hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, and secured Wi-Fi. The dining room table seats six and there are also four stools at the bar for additional seating. You can sit and relax in the shade of the ground level patio, or catch some rays on the large, open canal side deck.
The garage area is not available to renters.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens freshly laundered prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
