The first-floor features three inviting bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed and a twin daybed, and a bunk room with two queen and two twin bunks — certainly to be a favorite for kids. On the second floor, you'll find two additional king bedrooms, each designed for relaxation and privacy. All five full bathrooms include walk-in showers and solid surface vanities for a spa-like experience.
The open concept living area connects seamlessly to a large dining space that seats ten, perfect for group meals and gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a large center island ideal for meal prep and casual seating.
Step outside to enjoy your own private in-ground pool, a poolside bar with sink, and multiple covered porches and decks. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, fire up the gas grill, or take in breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from the Widow's Peak rooftop deck. The vinyl-fenced backyard offers extra privacy and a great space for outdoor relaxation. There are also ample 110 volt outlets conveniently located on the ground level for your use.
Additional conveniences include keyless entry for easy access and parking for up to five vehicles on-site.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed, and ALL BEDS ARE MADE for your comfort and convenience. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. Please note that paper and soap products are not provided and should be brought by guests. Top bunk beds will not be made.*
