This spacious three-level home offers seven bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, making it an ideal getaway for large or multi-family groups. With over 3,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, the home features five bedrooms on the first floor—three with king beds and private ensuite baths with showers, one bedroom with two queens and one bedroom with two sets of pyramid bunks single over double, which feature a Jack-and-Jill setup with shower/tub for added flexibility. The main level is the heart of the home, with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, along with a half bath and laundry room. Upstairs, two expansive primary suites with kings beds offer private baths with showers and direct access to an outdoor living space.

One of the standout features of this home is the expansive porches on all three levels, each offering sweeping views —perfect for enjoying sunrises, sea breezes, and evening cocktails. An elevator serves the first and second floors, making the home easily accessible for all guests.

The home is equipped with a beautiful updated kitchen with modern appliances along with conveniences such as a free-standing ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, blender and big seafood pot. Additional amenities include keyless entry, washer and dryer, central heating and air, and high-speed Wi-Fi. YouTube TV is provided, and each of the seven bedrooms—plus the pool area—features its own Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. For families with children, a porta crib is also available.

Outside, you'll enjoy a private pool with a tiki bar, hot tub, ample seating, and a Smart TV in the pool area for outdoor entertainment. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, then relax in the shaded comfort of the porches.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed, and ALL BEDS ARE MADE for your comfort and convenience. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. Please note that paper and soap products are not provided and should be brought by guests. Top bunk beds will not be made. *
