Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, double oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, blender, and Kitchen Aid mixer. Other amenities include hot/cold outside shower, private pool which can be heated off-season for an extra charge (3 Night Minimum - Must notify Williamson Realty in writing at least one week in advance), pool furniture, poolside tiki bar. The outdoor granite tiki bar has a sink and seats eight people.

Driveway and carport easily accommodates 6 cars. The garage is not available to renters.
