Amenities include community pool, lagoon with fountain, two docks for fishing, crabbing or launching your watercraft, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, and secure WiFi. Keurig and regular coffeemaker. Roku TV in the living room and both bedrooms. There;s a centrally located, community charging station for electric vehicles. The community dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. The ocean is just steps away.
This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.
