DESCRIPTION
The house has 2630 square feet of living area, and is tastefully decorated. It features five bedrooms and five bathrooms on two levels, with beautiful views of the marsh and Jinks Creek from both living room areas. There are three bedrooms on the first floor, and two upstairs. All bedrooms have private baths. Downstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, one has a queen, and one has two sets of bunk beds. One of the bunk beds has two doubles, the other bunk bed has two twins. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two queens. On the first level there is a queen sleeper sofa. Every bedroom has a flat screen television. Both great rooms have TVs.
Televisions are SMART TV - streaming only. Guests may login to apps with their personal login.
Amenities include a 12 X 24 salt water private pool, outside shower by the pool, all stainless-steel appliances, elevator, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, blender, iron/ironing board, and a highchair and porta-crib for your little ones.
This property has keyless entry.
The golf cart outlet is under the house.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
