FOAM HOME - 121 West First Street - This multi-level, oceanfront house features five bedrooms and five bathrooms on four levels. On the main level, there is a bedroom with two queen beds. This bedroom has a private bath with a shower only (no tub). Six steps up there is another bedroom with two queen beds. There's a bathroom with access to the bedroom and to the hallway. This bathroom has a shower only (no tub). Six steps up there's a bedroom with a King bed. This bedroom has a private bath with a tub/shower combo. Six steps up there are two bedrooms with two queens in each. These bedrooms both have private baths with shower only (no tub). There's a TV in every bedroom. This property does not offer cable service, but the Smart TVs provide streaming which may be accessed with guest's own accounts. The dining room table seats ten, and there are seven stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include a 25'X15' private pool, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, high chair, secure Wi-Fi, and golf cart outlet on the ground level.

This property has keyless entry.

Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.
