This house has keyless entry.
Amenities include enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, blender, and secure wireless internet. This house provides Direct TV and there are two Smart TVs, one in living room and one in den, where guests can stream using their accounts. The dining room table seats eight and there are also four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. The sound side screened porch will invite you to sit outside and enjoy the view of the passing boats while watching the waterway, or catch some rays and get a tan on the open deck upstairs. This property provides you with access to the oceanfront pool at the Islander Resort in front of The Isles Restaurant. The private dock on the sound is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island.
The golf cart outlet is under the house.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
