This condo provides cable service. Smart TVs provide streaming with guest's own streaming accounts. This condo offers a beautiful ocean view from the deck.

THIS PROPERTY HAS KEYLESS ENTRY.

Designated Golf Cart charging outlets are located on the pilings between the parking spaces. Golf Carts must be charged using a single cable made for the golf cart and not a drop cord per OIB Fire Department.

BOATS, RVs or TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
NO ELECTRICAL VEHICLE CHARGING IS PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.
