This condo is approximately 150' from the Dawson Street beach access and 40 steps to Villas 5 access. The large, ocean facing deck offers partial ocean views.
This condo has an owner provided keyless entry lock. You will be notified of the code as soon as the property is ready.

The golf cart outlet is on the ceiling under the building near the sheds.

BOATS, RVs or TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
