387 East First Street -This second row house, features five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms on two levels. On the main level, there's one bedroom with a queen bed. The main level has one and a half baths. Upstairs, one street side bedroom has a king bed, and the other has a queen. The two pool side bedrooms have two double beds in one, and one double and a set of bunk beds in the other. All bedrooms have TVs. There are four bathrooms upstairs. The dining room table sits eight, and there are four stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include an 11' X 22' private pool, outside shower by the pool (not enclosed), central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, Blu-ray, ceiling fans, iron/ironing board, blender, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, six Smart TVs, high chair and secured Wi-Fi. This house is across the street from the beach access; there are no structures on the ocean side, so you might as well be oceanfront, which is just a narrow road away.
This house has keyless entry.
This property rents on a weekly basis only. The golf cart outlet is in the carport. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
