190 East First Street - This oceanfront duplex, features six bedrooms and three and a half baths on two levels. Downstairs, there are two street side bedrooms. The master has a king bed, private bath (shower only) and TV, and the second bedroom has a set of bunk beds. There is a half bath on this level.
Upstairs, the first bedroom has a queen, the second bedroom has a king, There's a hallway (shower only - no tub) bathroom for the use of these two bedrooms. he third bedroom has two doubles and the fourth bedroom has two queens. There's a Jack-N-Jill bath (tub-shower combo) between these two bedrooms. The dining room table seats ten, and there are two stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Amenities include enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker and Wi-Fi. Catch some sun rays from the uncovered oceanfront deck, or sit in the shade on the covered porch rockers, chairs, and built-in benches.
