The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and utensils, plus a dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee maker, air fryer, waffle maker, blender, toaster oven, crockpot, and a large seafood pot for coastal meals. The dining table seats four. There are three Smart TVs, where you can stream using your own accounts, and an electric fireplace in the condo.
Outdoor living
The private side balcony has partial ocean views and four bar-height chairs. Enjoy the seasonal pool, rinse off at the outdoor shower, and use the charcoal grills in the common area.
Comforts and conveniences
The condo has central heat and air, an electric fireplace, an in-unit washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi.
