The main level of the home features three bedrooms, including a private oceanfront retreat with a king bed and an en-suite bath. The two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a king, share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom, perfect for families. Upstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms, including another oceanfront bedroom with a king bed and a daybed with a twin trundle bed that provides extra flexibility. Enjoy easy access to the oceanfront deck from this room, where you can soak in the views. The second upstairs bedroom offers two queen beds, while the third has two twin beds, making this home ideal for all ages. A spacious full bath serves the upstairs bedrooms, featuring two private toilets and sinks for added convenience. A cozy den with a 60" smart TV, along with a half bath, completes the upstairs level.
The home is designed for ultimate comfort and convenience, offering a dining table that seats ten, additional seating at a small table and kitchen bar, and an array of modern amenities including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and wet bar with an icemaker. Entertainment options abound with five TVs, streaming services (with guest logins), DVD players, and Blu-rays. You'll also appreciate the Keurig coffee maker, 12-cup regular coffee maker, and high-speed Wi-Fi for all your vacation needs.
Step outside to enjoy the enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower, or take advantage of the private dock (tide-dependent) for fishing or enjoying the water. Be sure to pick up a tide chart during your stay. With central heat and air, a secure high-speed internet connection, and all the comforts of home, this property promises a memorable island retreat.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
