Amenities include elevator, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, beautiful and comfortable outdoor furniture, central heat and air, dishwasher, high efficiency washer, dryer, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker, iron/ironing board, and secured Wi-Fi. This property provides cable service. Streaming service on four Smart TVs may be accessed with guest's own accounts. The dining room table seats six and there are also four stools at the bar for additional seating. The canal side porches will invite you to sit and have your morning coffee.
There is a golf cart outlet under the house.
*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
