Amenities include access to an oceanfront community pool at the Islander Resort, approximately two blocks from the condo, as well as use of the Islander Villas tennis courts nearby; elevator, outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceiling fans, blender, Keurig and regular coffeemaker and iron/ironing board. This condo is approximately 150' from the Dawson Street beach access. The large, ocean facing deck offers partial ocean views.

BOATS, RVs or TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Golf cart outlet is under unit. Drop cords not permitted.

All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets and towels, paper and soap products are not included.
